Core Drilling Rig With Wireline System
I. General
There are more problems such as shallow holes, small hole spacing and high relocation frequency for drilling engineering. Manual dismounting and handling need high labor intensity and increase auxiliary time for drilling so as to reduce construction efficiency. In order to solve these problems, an integrated and modular drilling rig should be designed to be suitable for frequent site relocation and rapid movement. It should be able to solve problems in the construction, improve construction quality and efficiency of drilling, achieve total relocation of drilling equipments and reduce labor intensity.
The drilling rig is a self-propelled core drilling rig integrated with crawler, rig, mud pump, console stand and other devices on the basis of original drilling rig.
This drilling rig is integrated with other mechanical devices on the basis of the original drilling rig as designed, so this operating manual is prepared to describe usage of integrated additional devices.
